On Friday 4, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May, the sixth KunstenFESTIVALdesArts will be celebrating lift-off. In orbit will be no fewer than 29 events, hundreds of artists from all over the world and 23 days for them to revolve in their reflections of the planet’s artistic side. So that the launch can take place in style, there will be an opening weekend with 6 productions and 3 installations to choose from, Verbindingen/Jonctions 5, a launch party at the cosy new media area and the opening of our nerve centre in the magnificent courtyard of the Maison de la Bellone with restaurant and live piano music. Just present your boarding card – a ticket costing 300,- (or 250,- for a reduced-price ticket). And if you are worried about parking, a free bike is on offer when you present a ticket for one of these three days. There’s no better way to get around the city than on two wheels, so get your dynamo running! Don’t miss out – seats are limited and reservations absolutely essential!
